Hallmaster Cevan Dhost

General description

The guarded hallmaster holding missing manifests at Beregost's Merchants' Hall.

Roleplaying profile

Personality

Cautious, political, guarded, and more useful than likable. He trusts records more than recollection.

Motivation

Keep trade moving, protect the hall's original records, and expose the theft pattern before panic changes caravan routes.

Quirks

Counts arguments on his fingers beneath the table and pauses before every answer as though pricing its effect on the hall.
